How it works
Up and running in minutes
No complex IT setup. If you have a Microsoft 365 account, you're most of the way there.
1

Connect Microsoft 365

Your IT admin clicks a one-time consent link to authorise 365 Scheduler on your tenant.

2

Add your rooms

Enter your room mailbox email in the admin panel. One per screen — takes 30 seconds each.

3

Open the display URL

Open the display URL on any wall-mounted screen or tablet. No app, no install.

4

You're live

Meetings appear in real time. Staff can book directly from the screen or from Outlook.

Built on Microsoft Graph API

365 Scheduler uses the official Microsoft Graph API to read and write calendar data. Your data never leaves Microsoft's infrastructure — we just display it.

How we use your Microsoft 365 data
365 Scheduler requests one Microsoft permission. Here is exactly what it is used for.
📅
Calendars.ReadWrite Application permission

Read and write calendar data

This permission is used to: read meeting schedules from your room mailboxes to display current and upcoming bookings on wall-mounted screens, and to create calendar events when someone books a room directly from the display screen.

We read
Meeting subject, start time, end time and organiser name from room mailboxes
We create
Room booking events on behalf of users who book directly from the display screen
We never store
Calendar events are fetched live and displayed only — never saved to our database
We never access
Personal mailboxes, emails, contacts, files or any data beyond room calendars
